Problem

You need the Certificates and associated Passwords to configure RabbitMQ within the PGConnect Software for PG IDaaS.

Solution

Download the Certificates and Passwords from the PG IDaaS Admin Panel.

Requirements

• Access to the PG IDaaS Admin Panel

1. Login to the PG IDaaS Admin Panel and navigate to the System Info page.
   
   

   Open

   

2. Within the ‘Instance Logs and Certs’ section, click on the ‘Download’ button next to the ‘Certs’ label:

3. Within the ‘Instance Details’ section, copy out the value for both of the following:

   1. Cert Password

   2. RabbitMQ Password

4. Save the passwords to a secure location and make specific note as to which is which.

5. Bring the certs to the PGConnect machine and continue the configuration.
