Requesting OTP from Help Desk
Problem
I would like to enable End-Users to request One Time Passcodes for PortalGuard Access via the Help Desk.
Solution
Enable Help Desk Generated OTPs within the applicable Security Policies configured in the PortalGuard Configuration Editor.

When a user is requested for the OTP code of their preferred method, the user can select the “Problems with this authentication option?” button, and a prompt will display recommending the user to reach out to the Help Desk (which I’m aware you are familiar with)
When the user contacts the Help Desk, the Help Desk can generate an OTP to allow the user access to their account:
Once the generated OTP has been passed back to the end-user, they can use the OTP to access the Account Management page of PortalGuard:
